YOUTH LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

The Youth Leadership Council grants our youth an opportunity to participate in leadership-building workshops, meet with community leaders to find out ways to improve the community and provide insights that’ll help steer the direction of Kensington Soccer Club.

As a member of the council, they’re given the responsibility to manage and lead community efforts. They’ll gain leadership, networking, and community engagement experience, which they can apply to their future careers.

HOW CAN I JOIN?

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE JOIN?

Those interested in being in the Council must be 13-21 years old.

HOW OFTEN DOES THE COUNCIL MEET?

Every Friday at 6 p.m. in the Kensington Soccer Club Clubhouse
(307 W. Dauphin St. Philadelphia, PA 19133, inside the church).

BENEFITS OF JOINING?

Council members will gain meaningful experience and skills in leadership, networking, and community engagement, as well as establishing themselves as a voice for the youth of Kensington Soccer Club and Kensington neighborhoods.
