  • Zach Wallace is a local entrepreneur and engineer bringing professional project management experience to our board. Graduating from Temple University with an engineering degree, Zach has since founded two companies in the Philadelphia area. Through his work, Zach had advised more than fifteen local companies and nonprofits on strategies to achieve their intended goals. He is familiar with the best practices for organizational success while managing limited resources, difficult timelines, and shifting priorities. Zach is dedicated to ensuring the success of Kensington Soccer Club through organizational and operational efficiency.

  •  Lynette Flores is currently working at the School District of Philadelphia as a Bilingual Program Coordinator for students who are Pregnant and Parenting. Lynette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Administration at Southern New Hampshire University and is expected to graduate November 2024. In 2021, Lynette was awarded as advocate of the year for school-aged children and youth experiencing homelessness and children and youth in foster care. Her goal while working in the education field is to make sure children and youth facing barriers are receiving proper guidance and support while facing life’s challenges and helping them prepare for self-sufficiency. 

  • Lisa Trillo is first a mother before anything. Brought up with the importance of her mother’s morals and values has taught her to become a selfless person. Raised in a community where much guidance and help are needed, her passion is to be part of a community that enjoys working for and with others. 

    Lisa enjoys working with the youth. This is the age where we educate them to become better individuals for the generations to come. I enjoy being present and an active member of many different organizations that provide leadership and fundraising events in our community. I’m a realtor and have a passion for real estate. My goals are to help the families that struggle with homeownership and provide them with the guidance and education that is needed. I’ve been in this business for over 25 years. I’m a certified bookkeeper and have worked in the management and leadership field for over 20 years. I’m an active runner and was part of the Boys & Girls Club in Juniata, in conjunction with “Girls on the Run”. I’m a committee person for Fishtown Ward 5; Division 33 and volunteer annually throughout election season. Also, a part of St. Peter’s Apostle Church parish teaching classes to children as a catechist. I enjoy working with the community and our youth. 

  • Shilo is a passionate advocate for sport-based youth development (SBYD) dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders through sport. In her professional role as a Regional Partnerships Coordinator at ChildFund Rugby, Shilo supports rugby organizations globally to develop meaningful and sustainable sport for social impact programs. Locally, she works with Rugby Pennsylvania to create inclusive rugby opportunities and remains active in rugby as a player, coach and referee. In 2024, she was selected as a delegate for an international exchange to Tonga focused on Sport for Social Inclusion and Community Empowerment through the US State Department’s International Sports Programming Initiative. Shilo’s expertise spans multiple sports, having also contributed to a Cricket for Good project in Fiji. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in International Business from the University of South Florida.

  • Christopher Munden is a longtime supporter, volunteer, and board member of Kensington Soccer Club. In 2010, he was playing ultimate frisbee in Penn Treaty Park, wearing a Newcastle United shirt, when Jim Hardy approached him and said he was starting a community soccer club and looking for volunteers. He has been involved with the club ever since. Highlights include coaching u9 boys to an undefeated season and city championship in 2017. Outside KSC he has been a ski instructor, theater critic, musician, editor, and publisher. He works in digital marketing for a housing developer. 

  • Dr. Jennifer Nieves, born and raised in North Philadelphia, is a dedicated and accomplished first-generation college graduate. Her deep commitment to education, mentorship, women’s empowerment, and community development has shaped her remarkable career. A lifelong learner, Dr. Nieves pursued academic excellence and leadership opportunities throughout her professional journey.

    Dr. Nieves earned her Doctorate in Education in Leadership and Learning, specializing in Organizational Leadership. She also holds two master's degrees: one in Educational Leadership and another in Business Administration, complementing her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and Psychology. This impressive educational background has provided her with the skills to lead and inspire others within the education sector.

    As a PA-certified Pk-12 Principal in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and a certified Vocational Administrator, Dr. Nieves has made significant contributions to education. Since 2015, she has served as a school administrator and educator, where she is committed to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student success. She is currently the Assistant Principal at Impact Charter School West, where she continues to advocate for student achievement, equity, and school improvement. 

    Beyond her work in education, Dr. Nieves is also an active leader in community development. She serves as the board president of Kensington Soccer Club, a nonprofit organization focused on providing youth in the local community with opportunities to participate in soccer, helping them develop life skills and promoting physical activity.

    With extensive experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, Dr. Nieves is passionate about driving positive change. Her leadership, dedication, and ability to mentor others make her a standout figure in education and community service.

    In addition to her extensive career in education, Dr. Jennifer Nieves is also an accomplished entrepreneur. For 11 years, she owned and operated Busy Babeez Daycare Center, providing quality child care services to her community. Driven by her passion for women’s empowerment, Dr. Nieves founded InnovateHER, a women's empowerment group that uplifts and inspires women to pursue their personal and professional goals. Through her podcast, she encourages listeners to "Create the Life they Love," offering motivation and guidance for those seeking to live authentically and purposefully.
