What is one thing you learned about trauma and stress?
How to stay clam and protect yourself.
I learned that there are different kinds of trauma/stress and that the worse it is the more it overshadows the better stress.
it’s better to calm yourself and go to a place where you can relax before your cup overflows.
You have to take things slow and it will take time.
You cant let it build up because you’re going to explode.
What is one thing you learned about resolving conflict?
Just take it slow.
The 5 steps for resolving conflict was useful and gives good tips for helping resolve conflict like removing the audience.
I learned that there are stages of conflict and ways I can tell if someone is agitated or not.
Calming down and stopping.
Use words before resorting to violence.
Remove the audience from conflict.
Use an item to calm you down.
The way you address someone is important and space is important too.
There is a process that can resolve conflict smoothly.
To calm down and go low and slow into whatever is going on.
How will you use this training in your life at work, school, or home?
I can use it by when i get mad at school, I can just at remember all she said.
At work if there is conflict now i can handle it better.
I can use this training to avoid conflict and resolve conflict.
When there is a problem or conflict or fight I can use this to help me stay calm or help break things up.
I know what to do if someone gets in my personal space.

Control my feelings emotions and helping others control theirs.
